Start off your Fourth of July celebrations early at the Heritage & Freedom Fest Carnival Kickoff Night. This evening is all about the rides! Be the first to try out this year's amazing rides and enjoy a less crowded atmosphere as you experience all the thrills the carnival has to offer. It's the perfect night for families and friends to create lasting memories. Don't miss out on this special opportunity! Festival hours on July 3 are 4–10 p.m.

All-You-Can-Ride Wristbands

For carnival rides, you may purchase unlimited ride wristbands per event day, per person. Upon purchase, you will be provided a voucher with a unique QR code to scan and redeem your Heritage & Freedom Fest all-you-can-ride wristband(s) at a carnival ticket booth. More information to follow.

All-you-can-ride wristbands may also be purchased at the festival on July 3–6. Individual ride tickets will also be for sale at the festival. Most rides require 3 to 6 tickets.

Does it cost anything for carnival rides?

While entry to the festival is free, there is a nominal fee for carnival rides. Learn more about carnival ride costs on the Carnival & Midway page.
Can I refund any unused tickets?

No, tickets are purchased through the carnival company; therefore, the City cannot provide refunds.
Can I reuse my unlimited ride wristband?

No, unlimited ride wristbands are only valid for one event day.
