Nominations are CLOSED for O’Fallon’s 4th Annual Citizens of Achievement (COA) program, which recognizes those who have bettered our community through education, recreation, public safety and other activities. This year, our Citizens of Achievement will be honored as parade marshals in the July 4 Independence Day parade.
